We are excited to announce a new program from South Tampa Development that expresses how committed we are to making our partners successful. Effective immediately, all registered partners of South Tampa Development will become eligible for the following graduated annual commission schedule.
First Deal
Commission: 3% of total deal size.
Second Deal
Commission: 4% of total deal size.
All Deals Beyond Second Deal
Commission: 6% of total deal size.
Typical Model Example
Lot Cost: $500,000 + Build Cost = $500,000 = Total Deal Size = $1,000,000
Commission: $15,000 @ 3% on lot only
South Tampa Development Example
Lot Cost: $500,000 + Build Cost = $500,000 = Total Deal Size = $1,000,000
Commission: $40,000 @ 4% on Total Deal Size
